Just man it in. Wiring up the full throttle shift slows it down

 

full throttle shifting helped me out in my boosted setup. i was running 11.5 sec in the 1/4 mile without fts and when i used it i ran a 11.004. i really hate the fact that you cant set the launch control rpm higher than the fts rpm. i have my launch control set at 6.9K and fts at 7.2K. Best 60' i got from this was a 1.64.

i would test it out to see if you run better with it or without. seems some people are running slower with it...wasnt the case for me

I use it mainly to cut the nitrous between shifts and works good.

 

I would like to wire it. Want to be sure it is a good idea

 

I've used FTS in my earlier days, and hated it. I have a bad habit of hovering my foot over the clutch pedal, the slightest touch of the pedal would activate the switch, I've tried adjusting the switch but never got it right. I gave up.
I would like to give the strain gauge option a try but I think Hondata cancelled the option.
