From what the driver says its a stock chassis car with the tubs done. This is a big debate in pr right now. I believe some tech inspection guys are going to check the car to see if it can run in the new stock chassis class that salinas speedway has made. They for sure have to reduce tire size to a 10.5 tire. Let's see what happens.

The car was inspected and it just needed to add a few pounds and 28x10.5 W tires, which the changes have been done. So we will see it run this weekend. The first Xtreme stock chassis event will be on Saturday.

But I thought the car was 2300-2400lbs from what pepo was saying and rules state 2200lbs for a 4-cylinder.

looks like a modified car to me if they welded the oem floors back in, it has stock shock towers and firewall ...? but looks like a 3/4 chassis

its a 3/4 chassis. Its been cut up and replaced. Like said before google pictures of it and youll notice its not just a small Tub.

there has been a lot of talk about this in PR and US. but even if it is a 3/4 chassis car, still weighs a bunch more than most 3/4 chassis cars, runs 4 injectors on race gas and all boost.
imagine what it would do on a big diet, alcohol and even a shot of nitrous?

There are benefits to 3/4 other than just the weight.... Either way you look at it, it's not a stock chassis car. Fast car no doubt, but if it were to run in a class it would be running against cars that go 6.9-7.0
