Default revising suspension..need input

im new to the drag racing forum...and to drag racing as a hole...and id just like to get some help

the rest of suspension setup includes: full-race traction bars, hasport (street) mounts.

the car is my daily but will see a lot of the track this season, and im looking for "dual-purpose" suspension, something tolerable for the street, and that will perform well at the track.

anyone using tein ss?

Tein circuit master RE's are by far the best mod I have done besides going turbo. They brought my 60' times down to 2.0 / 2.1consistant on toyo t1r's. However that dosen't have crap on the fact that I now can hit interstate on/off loops at 80-90mph and doesn't even break loose. These things defi gravity, I haven't tested it but I'm sure I can pull a G on 200ft skidpad at least. EDFC compatable is nice since the downside to this setup ride comfort. It isn't like riding on low profile tires (i thought that is how it would feel but even more extream). I thought that potholes and other **** in the road would be bad but it really only gets bad when you hit dips. It's like they have rebound but don't compress one bit on the way down. (you can sit on my radiator support with the hood up and the car doesn't even squat!) So when your on overpass sections of the interstate where it is normally really bouncy it can get a little intense. (if you have edfc set to sub 8) However, the amazing handling abilites make this loss of comfort worth it any day of the week. I chased a local evo7 that runs around my town. Nothing like being on a 350whp AWD cars *** in the turns. I also went with JDM ITR 23mm rear sway. That was also perfect combo since it causes the rear to get loose just enough to kill that nasty overstear our fwd cars are known for. My friend/tuner gets TEIN direct if you need price quote.

I think most others will agree that the SS/Flex are ok but not worth it for the money. The spring rates are to low and the valving doesn't support to much stiffer a spring. RA's are same as RE but dont' have seperate hight/spring rate settings. There is one better then RE can't remember the name but its supports seperate rebound/compression and includes external tanks. My REs have 14k/10k springs.

60% of the time it works every time...

Omni is good stuff. It'll shake your ***** up a bit if you daily drive on them, but I kinda like it...

sorry to jack your thread, but which spring rates would be better for me to get from the omnipower drag coilovers? gonna be a daily driver with 400whp on the street and 500+ at the track. will be taking it to the track probably every few weeks or so. its a benson sleeved 84mm setup with a garrett t3/60-1
