Nice looking car. But for any NHRA Sport Compact event you'll have to do the following;
1. Fuel cell needs to be isolated from the driver. Either a metal bulkhead/firewall can be fabricated, or you can use a metal box that encloses the cell (this is usually easier).
2. Cell needs vented to the outside. Looks like the fitting is there, just run a line through the floor.
Want you to be ready to race if you come to any NHRA events this year!
These rules also apply at any NHRA or IHRA track, not just an "NHRA event". And for what it's worth, they should also apply on the street. Can't be a good idea to have gasoline (or fumes) that close to the driver. Never know when some drunk is going to run a redlight and slam into you or something, you know?
