Anyone else notice the Efantis brothers on the "domestic" team?

 

haha, thats a funny episode, those kids w/the civic are ******* stupid

i know jeff creech pretty good, i use his dyno all the time.. he told me about this a while ago.

the firebird had gone 9's, but with alot more nitrous and a more agressive tune up than what it had at the track, pinks told them to bring a mid 10sec car.. so it was setup to run mid 10's. after the race the kids in the civic were saying the car wouldnt go into 3rd, one of the guys from the firebirds team that had never driven a honda jumped in it and had no problems snatching gears the whole way down the track.

ill have to get some pics of the front bumper, its on the shelf at Carolina Automaster.. hahaha

This was truly a sad day for Import owners... What a pathetic display...

 

thanks guys i appreciate it the truth comes out the show was suppose to give us a race with a high 10 low 11 sec car it was a setup from the begining i know i cant drive the best it was my first time driving the car, but if yhou think we are stupid ricers than that is fine whatever what car did you have on the show i did it to have fun we raced for 300 dollars i got my car back and it was over we put on a good show. For the record the same setup is in my hatch on 17psi on pump gas with my nondriving *** went a 11.3 @ 127 on my second pass. So keep talking **** atleast my car made it all 5 passes without braking.

 

also it was a street car i threw a cage because they made me so im glad i went out there and made everyone look bad but atleast i went and did it. but whatever

no need to get offended, any pulibcity is good publicity, cool to see a civic on pinks.

 

wellsorry its hard not too,when everyone talks **** about you when they know nothing about me. like i said sorry for disappointing everyone but atleast i tried, more than most people would have done

 

jeff ran the firebird w/the same setup that you ran against after they fixed the tranny.. consistent mid 10's all night... pinks said mid 10's thats what you got.

they only broke the tranny b/c when they gave you 20cars they couldnt see the flag guy and someone had to radio up that they were ready... sitting on the transbrake that long is NOT good for the tranny. instant no 2nd gear.

one question though......... why on earth did you even attempt to run them on street tires.... twice?????

 

because nate begged me to so i wouldnt brake an axle because they were stock, i was very nervous and didnt know what i was getting myself into

 

if i listened to my crew and ran slicks from the begining it would have been alot better but i made the mistake of listening to the show

 

theres no way in world that car was making 600hp. I would say about high 300's to low 400's. please insight us with the truth of how much power it was making and why they over rated it on pinks?

 

you made the mistake of putting togther a half *** drag car! sure the motor was great but everything else from stock axles, stock open diff , no traction bars etc...all stuff important to a drag car and you left them out. And you tried against a properly set up drag car. It was over before it started

Next time dont rush into it and do it properly. ANDDDDDDD get some driving practice before you race. Michael Johnson didnt try out the 200m sprint for the first time at the Olympics and John Sheppard didnt run 7's the first time out either.

 

msp put it on there dyno it made 405 on 17psi and then they took it off the dyno that car is a mid low nine second car atleast that is what he said afterwards but my car was 2550lbs

 

i know man trust me i have been practicing and getting alot better at driving, and being in front of the cameras just made it worse i felt like i was going to pass out man. and i didnt have all of that stuff because it wasnt a drag car

 

they are replaying the epsiode right now

 

its all in the dirver

my car runs 10's on open diff and stock axles and a single disk clutch in an integra
all in the driver sorry man

Yeh when I saw the teams and noticed Paul E. I knew that civic was done for..lol

WOW 20 cars? What the hell wher you thinking? I mean you tried ,but 20 cars i would have even launched the car i would have babied it down the track, well ayleast you got to keep your car. And yea pratice that driving you looked a little scared!!!

 

not talking **** or anything but you said the same setup went 11.3?How the hell did you do that with 407whp.Also you said the car made it all five races without braking what about the third gear you said you broke.Well better luck next time

yeah i was scared you would be too if it was your first time driving the car and all those damn cameras in your face with 20 people telling you different things to do

 

LSD would have done the car some justice
Also starting that far out on the track cant be good for traction there is no prep patch that far out you might have been better off heads up
