Performance shops in Houston?
I am moving to Houston tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone can give me some addresses of shops in the Northern part. Around 1960 and I45. I'm new to the area and don't know where anything is at. Thanks.
Ive learned that when you ask questions about TEXAS especially houston you will get no answer. Im moving out there as well and ive yet to talk to someone helpful. I hope the import scene there is a little more friendly and helpful when i get there but i doubt it.
what are you talking about? for the most part, tx guys are ok haha. if u need help let me know, ill help ya get what you need.i asked the above poster waht he needed to steer him in the right direction.

Thanks, I will do that. I need some dyno tuning, exhaust and a few other things. I was just trying to find out where some shops were located so I can go check them out.

He use to have a shop, not sure if it is still around, been awhile........
The Shop was called PYR, the guy that ran it was Peter.

There are three that I would recommend. Carboy, they have a dyno in house. There located on belair. Auto-logic, the guy that runs it is named jason, he's also here on H-T. SGP, there on the north side of houston. Any of these will help you!
I'm gonna agree with the last two statements. . .Peter is nice and all and seems somewhat knowledgable at times. . .but we'll leave it at that. IM me if you have any ?s about H-Town, I'm not too far from 1960 and 45
I totally disagree!
Attitude Racing is the best in/near Houston for Honda/Acura work!!!
Cleanest work, best prices, fastest cars, certified master acura tech with over 11yrs experience!
No comment on Carboy, or PYR... don't want to get into it.
Autologic I would have to agree is a good shop, and are friends of mine.
SGP, is a great shop for Nissans, but don't do much work on Honda/Acuras
As for a dyno in North Houston, Conley's Performance http://www.conleyracing.com has a brand new very accurate Mustang dyno that can plot boost too. Lawerence is the absolute best tuner around hands down! (his personal twin turbo street Camaro runs mid 6's!!!)
