my buddy just finish painting the car, pics don't do it justice he added alot of metal flake and pearl in the sun it's wicked i love it, and almost ready to start making some passes.

we got our new custom made gears from PAR engineering today looks alot better then the SQS we ran and brake last year, glad we decised to have these built for the VW racers out there that want a serious gear set.

car has finaly started still running stock Bosch ECU on ID2000 with last year tune, idles pretty good, dyno very soon.

800-900whp but all we want is 8s passes so whatever the dyno says im not too worried, concerned with 1/4 mile only

yes new tranny needed some adjustment, so it's built now, dyno is this wed and we are hitting the track june5-6 to test and we hope to have a decent car for june 13 but either way we will be there. See you guys soon.

Your car looks awesome but I have one suggestion for you.

This is a safety concern for the driver. You need to put some shielding between the down pipe and firewall. If the turbo lets go you will need some protection from flying parts. If you can work Titanium that would be the best.

Thanks Dan we have a welded plate behind the turbo, but you really think a exploded turbine wheel will puncture a 304SS 16g exhaust piping. just asking cuz i would not a that wheel to be near my nuts...

YES like it was made of butter. If you do the 16g stainless you will need chainmail inbetween 2 pieces of the ss 16g.
