That's awesome Steve! Good to see you guys are still in the game. Soon-to-be the world's first 9-second SF prelude?

The prelude isnt out of the paint shop yet. Loosing valuable time and its driving us nuts! The front bumper is now ready for paint.

Re: OaksRacing (dkim48)
The car will be back at our house Thursday from the Paint shop. The front bumper is still lighter than the urethane bumper from last year. We plan on weighing the new bumper later this week.
The motor will be done Thursday. The tranny will be back from gearspeed on Friday. Engine and tranny will be installed this weekend.

To date we have used an auto tensioner for the timing belt - the engine that PFI (Brent) is building has a manual tensioner. It will be a different motor setup this year.
Here is a picture of our transmission. We sent our first transmission to http://www.gearspeedinc.com and UPS lost it for 3 weeks!
Working with everyone at gearspeed was a great experiance. They run a high quality and professional shop. We highly recomend them.
This will be the first year we have ever had a transmission that will shift smooth.
Oh yea we picked up the prelude tonight from the paint shop - its ***** to the walls for the next 2 weeks.

Well the motor is finally in the Prelude - Here are a few pictures
We got home from PFI at 3:15 am Saturday with the motor. Thanks Brent!
We need to finish up the boost pipes tomorrow. We still had a ton of work to do, but we are getting there.
