I was spectating at the last event and will probably be spectating at this one. Where can you find the regulations for each class? Because me and my buddies wre thinking about entering our cars, but we want to know if there is a class for us. Is there any class for cars on street tires? Or only drag radials?

Check out http://www.nscra.com/classes to see where you guys fit. There are classes for all different levels of experience, performance, tire type, etc.

All the Class ifo can be found on the NSCRA website under Drag Racing then classes. as far as a street tire class depending on what your car is A/M, Turbo, NOS then we can find a class for you to have some fun and still be competitive
Trust me We have a Class for everyone, When you come out just see me at TECH and i will set you and your buddy's in a class. just make sure you have the proper saftey equipment.

ya I just did. There is no class for us, considering that true street allows slicks, I doubt we would be able to run against slicked cars on street tires or drag radials. So I guess we will wait until later this year when we all have our slicks.

The lowest index is 11.50 isnt it? because none of our cars are at that level yet.

I think the class for you and your friends is ETs. There you run according to your time and not by power adders or weight, tire size etc. Pass safety tech dial your car in and have a great time.

yea, Now we have to make a decision. But I dont think we are going to run this event, as I dont think the other cars will be track ready by the event date.

I'm undecided wether to run 10.5 index or true street, i dont think i can compete w/ ryans and freds cars but im afraid i might run less than 10.5 and get kicked out..lol...i dont even have a cage yet.

That would be great if Sporty Motorsports came out to run at a NSCRA event, you never know. The way this season has started anythings possible. Might be a new record set April 11th at NSCRA Spring Bash by one of the Rotaries state side. I guess we'll have to wait and see!
