Default Nitrous times for b18b integra

so i took the integra gsi (this is the equivalent to an LS in Australia) to the drag strip, this time i installed a bottle full of vtecs

car specs
Integra 97 Gsi
b18b stock
stock exhaust, test pipe no restrictions all the way through, no muffler
airfilter gutted and cold air intake from under the car
stock ecu
edlebrock Dry nitrous system
E85
prelude 330cc Injectors and resistor box
shitty street tyres on 14s
all nitrous runs were sprayed from second gear only

1. first run we decided to run NA (with dizzy wound all the way advanced) for qualifying and had problems with 1st gear and second gear spinning due to tyre pressure and tyres so ran a 16.4 (previous best on NA 15.7)
2. second run we decided to take the rear seats out and front passenger seat out and hooked up the nitrous (stock timing) with a 0.032 jet which should equate to 50hp at the engine shot, run felt good still spinning all the way through first and AFRs were 11.5:1 so great. Ended up running a 15.37 @ 93 MPH so we picked up 10 mph just from the small shot, nitrous pressure 800psi
3. third run we decided it was time to step up and see if we can get into the 14s so we put the 0.036 jet in and spun through first but AFR's were 15:1 and not dropping through out the run, still ran a 15.311 @ 90 which was a pb but at that AFR the car felt very underpowered. got to the pits and found the fuel pressure regulator hose that connects to the nitrous regulator blown off. nitrous pressure 950psi
4. fourth run installed a new hose which was a much more snug fit and same thing again, we lost the vacuum hose and ran AFRs between 14:1 to 15:1 at WOT on nitrous this time i was locked out of 4th so it was cruising after 3rd foot which lost me 0.6 seconds according to my calculations. this run was 15.9

I know for FI I have always gone with 11.5 to 12.2 for AFR and for NA 13.4 and nitrous would be in line with FI AFR's. The 2 last runs were as lean as I would ever run and not happy it leaned out but E85 helped me not blow **** up.

my question is, everything i know tells me lean equals clean which also equals power but at what point do you start going backwards. I know nitrous needs to fuel otherwise it will not burn completely and will not make the power its suppose to due to atomization. If the fuel pressure reg had not come off and the AFR was rich would the car have been making more power dropping me in the 14s?

I look at honda-tech users posts who have similar setups and they seem to be well in the 14s with 75 shot but no one ever mentions jet size.

i would like to make nitrous work and see how far into the 14s i can drop before throwing the turbo kit on the car.

I'm not a tuner by any means, but I do know that most tuners tend to set WOT at around 12.5:1 for NA. There must be a reason, and I'm assuming they aren't ALL trying to do conservative tunes. I would hazard a guess that around 12-13:1 is the the optimal AFR for power/reliability.
