newbie question

Default newbie question

is there anyone or a website that can tell me the right way to launch and shift? it seems like everytime i shift from 1st to 2nd...my car jerks...kinda like a ran over something...please feel free to reply.

its called wheel hope or bad motor mounts. Maybe try some stiffer mounts, or get a traction bar up front. Try http://www.jimfab.com

now it doenst jerk when i shift normally..only when i'm power shifting...like let go gas..push clutch...shift...drop clutch...and floor it....is it normal for it to jerK? maybe i'm not doing it right?

exactly what im talking about...what I mentioned above will help this. Sounds just like your clutch is in good shape too
