Default new motor
im gettin a new motor im thinkin b16a and just h/i/e i have a 95 civic coupe 5 speed will the swap make me low 15s. It sucks tho cause i dont know how to install any of that **** so im gonna have to pay so much more

yes, with the little mods that you listed you could get in the low 15's at carlsbad raceway very easy.
