Default need some help

need some help trying to figure out how i lost almost 100hp, on my old set up i made 730@26psi 8500 and the new tune i made 636@26-27psi 9800

k20
erl 2.1
cp 10.5:1
carillio rods
dc pp head
ferrea comp valves
bc stg 3 cams
hayward manifold 80mm tb

turbo kit
full race t3 sidewinder w/ twin 44 gates
6765 82ar
3 inch dp and exhaust
24x12x4.5 intercooler
3 inch pipes

fuel
id2000
c16

the only thing i change from the old setup was
rbc to hayward manifold
a2 cams to bc stg 3 cams
70 to 80mm tb

i was hoping to make more power with the new parts but i lost power the only thing i can think of is maybe to much backpressure with t3 housing?

what does the fueling look like on the old tune vs the new tune same AFR? is the engine using more or less fuel then the old tune hp takes fuel it will be reflected in pulse width

Motor still have vtc the exhaust cam is oem gear and afr is the same 11.5-12, on low boost the car made a lot more power than before with the new setup but the more boost it didn't pick up power like I was hoping

Any chance of a boost leak somewhere that popped up? What kind of 80mm throttle body? We had a 80mm mustang throttle body that would leak out under boost...

its a 80mm willison i had some small leaks during the tune but they were fixed but im sure its not any leaks present im thinking about getting a pressure sensor on the exhaust manifold and start logging the back pressure and maybe upgrade to a t4 housing or the 6768
