You will prolly have to pull them to see the casting/part #s. Some of the more hardcore gurus might be able to ID a cam just by eyeing the lobes, but I sure can't lol.

Actually I can almost make it out if I zoom in real close but it looks blurry, can you post the numbers on the cap side?

If you can, see if there are any markings on the end of the cams, like on the face of where the enshrined rings/key slot would be. If all else fails also you could always measure the lobes and compare specs to Id them that way too.

I found out what they are! They are early drag cartel stage 4! Now I have to find out why my new purchased k24a4/k20a2 mystery engine has them! Thanks for the help b20vtecvillen.

I thought DC cams said Cartel on the end? Hmmm I guess it doesn't cuz like you said it's an early version perhaps.

DC makes really good stuff though, so if it has them it stands to reason it was because the previous owner wanted to or was making some decent power. If they stuck with that quality of parts for the rest of the components then you should have a stout little combo on your hands.

Sorry I will have more questions about my engine. The person I bought it from sold it to me because he had run into financial problems, and the only thing he could tell me was that it was purchased from someone in California and was put together by Mr. JERRY BUILT (k24a4 block/k20a2 head with k20z1 trans).

This is my first K engine, and purchased the swap may of last year. Couple months after i purchased it i tripped out after I found out k20a2 heads don't clear k24a4(accord) pistons. I took a borescope to the cylinders and it looks like my pistons are after market but not sure what brand.

Later I also found out it the transmission has a wavetrac lsd and know I find out it has drag cartel stage 4s. Looks like I made a good find
