Default Max power at Eagle rods

Whats the max power you have seen at eagle rods with ARP 2000 (ie b18c)

Most are gonna say around 700-750.

yep 750.. have seem them break in the 600s on dsms. junk rods

750s, one of my friends pushed them to 800, but Id personally stop at 750.

Yea mid 700s should be max. I've seen a guy mention on here about him upgrading the rod bolts to 625+. But not sure what power level he was at.

I wouldn't say 750whp on a 1.8L rod to be junk. It's an economy rod and priced accordingly.

Ive made 750whp for over 2 years with Eagle LS rods and arp2000 bolts. Not a single issue. And my buddy made 850-900AWHP through an auto in his dsm a few years back with an off the shelf set of Eagles and he never had any rod issues. They are a good economy rod. Watching His DSM on the dyno though was a bit scary lol.

I´ve been thinking about this upgrade to 625+, but not shure if will be capable 900whp power level...

My old motor made 915whp and trapped 165-166mph. The rod finally let go after a season. When I sold the motor, it had over 40k miles on it making between 550-720whp. My new motor has Eagle rods too, but Im only making 580-600whp.
