Default lug nut problems......

I have a problem... I put extended lug studs on my car for my bogarts and the lug nuts for my regular wheels wont bottem out. (they are the tuner style) does anyone know if there are open ended lug nuts that are .75 inches outside diameter or less (with the socket on them)?? If they are bigger than that it will hit the wheel and i won't be able to tighten it at all. I need help!! btw the wheels are konig sub-zero if that matters.
