That is the kind that goes on the collector You weld that piece of black pipe(1/2 pipe) at a 45deg. angle on the reducer part of the collector.The yellow/gold deals are mopar valve cover breathers used for baffles .So it wont suck all the oil out of the motor

Yup.

But there are mixed arguements about if this type of system works with a full exaust and muffler. Even if it is a high flow muffler like flowmaster.
