Default Jackson Racing SC

How fast should a JRSC make a B16 EG go? Is it worth it? I know the pros/cons of turbos but I don't really know that much about roots-type superchargers... What are pros/cons?

go with the turbo.......i have yet to see a fast SC car....they dont make power until high rpm range......they take power away to make power.....

fastest supercharge car i seen was a SOHC del sol with a 75 shot i think it was 75 running high 12's

best thing about SC's is you can still run a header

I would go with nitrous. Cheaper and it'll drop your E.T. way better than a SC.

you can go as fast as you want to go pending time, money, tuning, etc...
With the charger:
I ran 12.5@114 spinning my 8x22x15 slicks in 1-3rd gear with a 2.1 60ft. That was with 285whp and 196trq and 2400lbs with driver and 5pt cage in my teg. I also scratched 2nd gear. The car should hit mid 11's with better traction.
Earlier with less power on the charger:
I ran a 12.5@108 with my 8x22x15 slicks with a 1.7 60ft. That was with 250whp and 160trq and 2600lbs with driver in my teg.
I do know someone who hits 10.0-11.0 in a CRX with the charger and nitrous.
