Sounds like its just unloaded gear rattle. The input shaft has uneven pulses coming from the engine. Most times this can be dampened by the sprung center clutch hub but agressive aftermarket clutches tend to bring this noise out. That combined with the current engine setup. Its like the bellhousing is a big speaker so it tends to sound worse than it really is.
