Default intake pipe?

does running a intake pipe off the compressor out of the headlight make a difference at the track?

depending on power level and trap speed, yes but cold air from anywhere other than under the hood wont hurt.

I've herd it falls apart easily, I used it to mock up my air duct and it realy is delicate... I wonder were sells super flexable air ducts???

I used the dryer exhaust hose to mock my pipe up too and when I took it out for a test drive for the hell of it I wasnt making as much boost as I was with nothing on there at all, I am assuming it was collapsing or the rough bore had something to do with it, use a smooth bore AL or MS pipe, you dont want to suck anything up into your turbo.

Go find a Diesel Truck Parts shop, they should have 3" & 4" bends and straight sections for cheap.
