how well does the innovative boost controler work.....i know gear per boost but can you set up how sharp it is.....how fast and slow it comes on in each gear?....and how stable does the valve keep the boost.

I have heard nothing but how great it works by u guys.....now how reliable is it..and it hold the boost right on.....no 50-60 KPA flucutations. right on meaning 1-2psi variations, MAX

 

Well....at first ours fluctuated pretty badly like 10psi....power looked like a sine wave! but that was installation error(DOH!) then we found out that we needed to add in another solenoid on the exhaust side for more controll due to the size of the turbo....but now its flat as a board up top....

Some sources say retail is $595 and other sources say $660, however I've heard of people who have paid $550.00.

 

I just bought one, at a first glance looks good , lotta features. Gear dependant boost, ramping of boost(how fast it comes in), Timed boost, launch mode, comes with 2 solenoids, 6stages of boost (yipee).

 

does anyone know how well this thing works with tec 3? I know tec 3 has its own boost control, but I was thinking I could use the innovative for boost control and tec 3 for the n20 system.
