Anybody wanna guess what this car runs on slicks? Its pissing me off that this guy isn't getting sponsored or more, and I just want to confirm that this is impressive.

FULL INTERIOR H22A, turbo and no more than a 75 shot and this 4 door street driven car is running 10.79 @ 135mph (best this year, car was only "built" this year). Is this impressive or average?

yea its impressive but the only way he'll get a sponsor is if he cleans up the whole car/setup... sponsors are looking for clean setups

I know if I pulled up to that car on the street, I'd guarantee my girlfriend that I'm about to land a major ***-whooping.... I'd have no idea the whooping would be on me.

Its impressive for a prelude motor with a t4 and a shot on top. But he is not running anywhere near a 10 with those tires/slicks he got on the front. He has to be running 24.5's or higher to be running 135 mph traps.

You're right, that picture is of him in the early season when he was running 11.7's

As for everything else, its obviously not the cleanest looking car but I don't think he's got any interest in cleaning up his car to impress anybody aesthetically. I personally think thats the job of the sponsers to realize that the guy is a good driver and knows where to put the money he has. Any more help might really make this guy a somebody.

 

Its not my car, I don't give a ****. Pretend it looks awesome and then tell me what you think.

 

Man,look at how low that intercooler is sitting! its like 3-4" below the bottom of the bumper lip,who installed that,Mr Ghetto Fabulous.
I guess it makes a great sleeper but personally i think its a waste in a 4 door.

His Setup is Ghetto as hell...but I guarantee that if he cleaned it up and got a repaint\decent wheels...he'd atleast make a magazine.

i cant really seem to see, but is there a cage in that car, i mean, i know if i was going 135 mph on Mr Bling, i would want a cage also, nevermind track officials, but i dont know, i cant tell form here, doesnt look liek theres one IMO

 

Ok let me get this straight, its not a friend of mine, I don't have his timeslip, but it DOES run those times, please give me some credit and have some faith.

Second, if you are going to make fun of how it looks fine, but don't call the guy an idiot because his car is running 10's no matter how it looks or how his turbo manifold looks. The point is, the guy got this far on his own, do you not think he has more potential that joe shmoe if some companies sponsored him and he had everything done properly???
