Turbo, best bang for the buck.
Best advice: Take your time and do it right the first time, dont cut corners, and spend money on quality parts/tuning. I speak from experience LOL.

What motor does the integra have? And any mods already done to the car?

turbo best bang? not correct. Nos is cheaper by far.

but u deff would want to go turbo only because if your doing both street & track u will end up spending alot of $$ on filling the bottle's up. figure it must cost around 35$ to fill up each time.
but a Nos setup will deff be way cheaper than turbo. by a few grand depending on how good parts u want to buy & how serious u are.

need to build the motor to handle the power adder & get a clutch, limited slip diff bigger exhaust drag radial tires. 255 fuel pump,
theirs your first few grand$$$

And eventually that bottle filling would surpass a turbo setup, so turbo would still come out on top lol

Best advice, just read up, read some more...then read more. You can save a lot of money watching all of us screw up rather than doing it yourself lol

Find a good reputable shop/tuner as well, someone on here with a good reputaion will gladly help you build a setup to suit your needs.

Another piece of advice, put a 10-pt in the car from the start, 11.0 will get real slow real fast and he will want to push for 9's next

Enter that into the navigation system and hit the road. Give me a budget and timeline and we can get to work as soon as you get here.
