Is he beatable?
Because I think he wants to put the smack down on everyone.
The new car is well under way, the engine is a sorted combo. I just don't think he'll add 125+ lbs in the current car (and lose 2 tenths) to go play with the NHRA guys unless he decides to run methanol, which the motor isn't developed for. The back half isn't getting him any time (it was done to lose weight for other series), so the penalty just doesn't make sense.
As for the weight/cc rule, I love it. Why they'd go as heavy as 1700 lbs is beyond me though. That's about the weight of a stripped out (but otherwise stock) CRX!

When Jun usa closed I guess the car went with whomever......
The funny thing about Jun usa is that they werent even jun. They
where just a company that made the first largest order here in the satates.
They than became the authorized dealer to the states. Thats what I heard from my friend that now deals with jun japan.-pete
