having problems with my launch, need input.
i have an all motor ls/vtec pushing 195whp, and 136tq and i can't break a 2.2 60' times on street tires. i only got 2 runs, so i didn't get a lot of time to experiment. any advice you guys can give would be great

What size and type of street tires are you using? Unless you want to purchase slicks, I would suggest BFG drag radials and low PSI. To find out exactly how low you will have to play arond w/PSI and see what works best with your setup. Plus whats your susp/alignment setup?

i have 15" brigestone potenzos, with stock shocks and h&r springs, i rev to 8500rmps...see i was using the gas alone and tring to control it that way, next time i go to the track i will try that
Use the hand barke and let the car pull while the lights drop. When green drop the barke and feather the clutch. I ran 2.05 60 with street tires using this method. Also if you want to get good traction with street tires use VHT Track bite.
