Default Getting ready for St. Louis, need compression calculation

If I do a compression test on my built motor and got 210 on all cylinder.......how do you calculate your compression ratio?
anyone has a formula or know how much compression my motor have. My JE dish piston is rated at 9.0:1 but with my gasket and welded head chambers I'm not exactly sure where it's at.

Any experts here, I know H-T peeps has the knowlegde. I'm hoping it's 9.5:1 or higher. I got less than a week.

someone once told me that was relative to sea level, when making comparisons. I believe around 210psi here is about 10:1. I think B16A's push out 210psi. LS's do about 180ish.
