Default Gary's new setup

I like...
Its cool that he dosent have those four additional injectors on the charge pipe any more I really couldnt see the engineering in that one.

I think he lost ecko for this season, is it true?

I love his front.

I think he has them routed to the top of the valve cover now not sure. AS far as running a drysump system depends on which way you wanna go . You can either get a 2 or 3 stage system I believe Kenny and Tony run a 2 stage, I personally have a 3 stage which eliminates the factory oil pump.(which is known to go out on prelude motors)IM me if you want more info dave.-pete

i definitly want to rid my nice motor of that shitty honda oil pump.i never want to go through that again(blew stock ls oil pump apart on a built motor) i have no experiance with dry sump systems, so that is why i asked.. i am saving up my pennies again for a dry sump system...i seen that moroso has a new setup for a dry sump, but who knows..i dont want to waste anyone's time right now cause i havent got the funds for it yet.
...im not going to bring this pos out if it isnt done to my liking.....i dont want to make myself look like more of an *** than i already am.

and to think i wanted to hit englishtown with my car...boy was that some wishful thinking

Hes running methanhol which burns cooler, you could keep like he has or you could run an intercoller.-pdang

Yep, those are individual EGT sensors, and IC is not nescessary with Methanol, as stated above...

Is there a reason he doesn't have a blow off valve? Wouldn't the effect of the tb closing have a catastrophic effect on the compressor?

Also is the big battery there in leau of an alternator?

^I believe he only had his car thier for show, thus the reason no county line sticker and the lack of the BOV which is not on the flange. To run a setup like that with no bov is crazy! If anyone looks closely at stephs last car you can see what happns when you dont run a bov. IN stephs case its ok sense he was running an autmatic type tranny, but it decided to crap out and grenade in the carbon fiber intake mani.-pdang

It looks like the manifold is bare...wouldn't a coating like jet-hot or whatever to keep more heat in help with the turbo spooling?

Also, there is a breather below the charge pipe, just wondering what that goes to.

and the battery??

on the coating thats a tough call its really to the tuner and drivers prefference but i think it helps. The breather is connected to his vent for his fuel cell if Im seeing that right. The battery is a 16v for alternatorless operation.-pdang

The breather is comming from the Fuel Cell Rollover Vent..... And yes, his car was there for show, we pushed it off and on the trailer, didnt even start
