is there a restriction in the return side? the pressure is controlled by how much is let back to the tank.

just food for thought, i have had zero luck with both of the parts you are having issues with.

i had a friend loose an engine to an AEM reg, and could never get my b and m gauge to read properly.

extra lines aside, i still think the external reg is a better way to go. and aeromotive has a rail mounted reg for the honda. just an fyi.

How can the Filter mounted gauge read 80 and the Reg gauge read 0? Correct me if I am wrong there is no way to build 80psi at the filter without the Regulator holding pressure, afterall that is where the restriction is in the system to create the pressure, otherwise it is just a free flow system if there is a return involved and there would never be any pressure to begin with.

Did you buy the regulator new? They come with different size restrictors......
Did you try a different gauge on the regulator?

I have used both the AEM Rail mounted and the AEM Universal on my car, never had a single issue with either of them..... its odd how that works out some people cant get stuff to work and for others it works perfectly..... for example Mikey and his MSD 6 box lol

Yes, I bought both the BLOX and AEM used from to competely different people.

Yes, when i had the BLOX regulator hooked up i switched the guage that was on the regulator and the one on the filter. Both guages read the exact same thing. (80psi on filter, 0psi on regulator)

I appreciate the help so far. I have exhausted all my resources and have done a good amount of research. But i do have the tuning date REAL soon LOL!

I had a vehicle come into my shop with the exact same problem. Make sure you have the right size gasket/washer on the banjo fitting on the fuel rail. If it is not the right size it will restrict the fuel coming from the line through the dampener to the rail. Hope this helps.

What kind of gauges are you using? b&m's are cheapies and read incorrectly.

Post some pictures of all the fuel lines and reg from the fuel filter all the way to the return line so we can get an idea of how you have it all setup.
