fuel pressure reg and gauge help
I'm planning on getting an AEM fuel pressure reg for my boosted D16. I wanna keep the factory rail. Where could I tap off the pressure gauge? If I use and electric fuel press gauge, would it be easiaer just to get and aftermarket fuel rail that's already tapped for something like that? Or, is there a GOOD fuel pressure regulator that comes with a gauge on it?

Re: fuel pressure reg and gauge help (b16ahybrid)
but with a fpr on the fuel rail, wouldn't the pressure gauge have to be plumbed in downstream of the fpr? Does the fpr regulate from the start of the fuel rail? Would you be able to read rail pressure from the fuel filter? I'm confused

All your fuel pressure will be before the regulator. If you put it after the reg all your see is the fue returning with little pressure (hopefully).
B&M's gauge mounts to the fuel filter. I have an autmoter elecrtical fpr that has a pressure sending unit that mounts to the fuel filter then sends a voltage to the gauge inside my car.
