ok guys, I know this isn't a honda or a car in fact but here is a basic idea on how to install front end limiter straps...

Where can I find the part with the threads on them and lock nuts? I seen a car down @ Morosso last weekend with this strap on his car. I was going to ask him where he got it from, but he was kind of busy getting the car ready.

LOL. are you the one that was looking for the bolts for the fork/wishbone? I seen you guys have the axles out and I think you were replacing them. By the way, where can I get that piece that look like rod ends w/ a split in the middle? If you don't mind, I'll buy them from you if you can make me a set for my daily driver car. Thanks.

Same here I'll buy a set if you wanna make them for me!!

Or you could just take a pic of the bottom of the shock tower so i can see how they are mounted.

I don't have a honda, but it sounds pretty simple ... if you take your wheel off and look at the mounting points of the upper arm, you mount it there.

I"ve tried looking for the rod end piece that weld to the fork and no luck at all. It must have been made in house.

Take that pick to a engineering shop, along with your fork and ask them to make it?

Vic I have also tryed to look for anything even remotely close that would make this work, with no luck I think what I'm gona do at least till the end of this season is just use some 1500lbs tie down straps and pul them through the bottom of the shock, and make some kind of an attachement on the top strut tower. Some kind of a hook or something that the strap can just be looped through that way I can still take them off if I drive it on the street.

I personally think they had that cylinder looking thing thats welded on to the fork machined out, The only other thing I would still love to see is the bottom of that damn strut tower....
