drag radials
If you are always under normal driving conditions then why do you need drag radials?
Life depends on what drag radial you get and the compound of the rubber. WHich ones are you looking at?

I have Nittos that are second hand and i've put over 4k miles on them and about 100 track runs and they are about 50% i'd say. I hear the BFG's don't last as long though but they hook better. Tradeoff I guess...

COrrect. The softer the compound= better traction and less life.

i'm not always under normal driving conditions. i race on the street about once or twice a week and i go to the track about every 3 months. i want as much traction as i can get but i don't wanna have to keep changing my wheels everytime i go race. how about street tires? which ones do u guys have experience with that have great traction for a street tire.

BFG's hook the best, 555r suck they dont hook for **** unless you burn the the hell out of them, you should get a set of stock wheels and mount them on there so you dont have the problem of changing tires, just slap them on when you go street racing or to the track
