Suprdave</TD></TR></TABLE>Hell yeah, the front end was nasty. I didn't realize she is the one that bought my old baby.. Once she loses that 90 lbs. front end, the car will be nice again, It just needed some TLC after all the years of hacking on it. Hey Dave&gt;&gt; What is wrong with Speedpro? Just asking. Harv is a good friend of mine, and seems to do very well with it. I know Motec is more detailed, but just wondering..

Why is it that when a statement is written like that about a guy and his team it is no big deal. If it is written about a girl, all hell breaks loose. I guess we could just go generic and say hey look, they are going to race this year. WOW, does'nt that sound really boring and stupid? Lay off the girl, the NDRA wrote that. In case some of You have not noticed, drag racing fans like drivers to have personality. They want drivers they can cheer for and boo.

Thanks, Glenn, you know I've got nothin' but luv, but this is exactly why I bitched when I saw my press release, everyone gets all hyped up about everything and takes everything they hear way out of context
And that's the only reason I was keeping quiet about the details of my car, not to come off like i single-handedly built a Pro4 car (even with my old civic other people would be building it still), but to avoid the hype at least untill I had some testing in it. I've got enough to worry about as it is...
And yes, the 90lb front end will be gone, we're changing a lot on the car, not just the paint!

Good thing to say. Takes alot for people to say that. Many people will automatically accuse others of being stuck up and ****, and this is the reply they should get!

you know im not a drag racer im a show car guy but i follow the whole drag racing scene like most guys follow the nfl i agree that even in the show scene there are people that are "forces" but its never that person who says that about themselfs i give her alot of props for even buying that venom car its fast as hell sure she will have her hands full but im sure she would do better than most of the people posting on here including myself best of luck to her and all the racers put on a good show for all of us rooting for you just be safe and have fun

Stephanie I give You all the Credit in the world. TO all you guy's out there who do not have a pro car or a clue on anything watch the sharp tongues. As far as im concerned if you have the ***** to spend the wood and the passion to give something your all you are a winner. Put up or Shut up. Stephanie has the ***** to pull the pin and run the series she should be praised for that. All the classes need more contestants so do not hate Congradulate!!!. You don't need to be famous to be sucessfull. How many racers do you think handle every aspect of their cars from engine to tuning, to chassis. NOT MANY!!!. She did the best thing by purchaseing a proven piece. Look at PRO RWD imports do you think ARA and GEorge Build their own chassis by themselves, Lets get real. fygtbug, I doubt I'll have this car at GLD, you never know, but I'll probably test at Joliet and unfortunately I don't have anywhere near a budget to run the car "for fun", every pass costs money and has the potential to break more expensive parts, I'm still tryin' to figure out how to do the 12 races as it is...
TuffEnough probably wouldn't race me anyway, after I schooled Rob's TA at that last RSD's he stripped his car (he was so cute, bitchin' about handin' over $400 to a 4banger driven by a girl, him and his boys had to search my car for the "hiddin' N2O kit", 'cuz he said there was no way I could beat him on boost alone, that was classic!)
But catch me at Battle of the Imports in September, you could run the beetle there

And I'll break everyone's expectations now, I don't look "cute" at the track, I'm not like Dalene who gets all dolled up for an event and gets to ride around on a shadded golf cart and chill in the air-conditioned lounge and tower, I'll be pullin' a helmet on and off (gives a nice bed head look, usually why I rock the bandanas all the time), sweatin' bullets in a full driver suit for a good 5 mins. at a time, a bonus on top of the already nasty heat, FL in August (not sexy), wrenchin' on my car gettin' dirty ( , no bullshit, new for this year)... not very attractive, sorry

Well I will be at Battle of the imports at joliet for sure.

As for not looking cute at the Track, I dont know about that, I'd give you a whopping 12 outa 10 for trying if you say you dont Wanna date LOL

Anyway good luck for the season, sorry for ripping on your driving skills from last year just voiceing my opinion, I still give you credit for stepping up to the level you have.....
