i recently built my own harness for my mid engine ef. Fires right up but idles at 3000rpm, so i took the fitv and iacv off cleaned out and tightened up the fitv cleaned out the iacv. Still no change so i started checking wiring as the ecu gets a reading from the ect sensor, so when i wired this up grn/white on ect and tps are both tied into d22 as well as ia, red/wht on ect is ran to d13. This is wired correctly but i just cannot get the idle to come down, it is a front mounted radiator so ive bleed the hell out of it, on my y8 head their is a coolant bleeder valve, ive used this as well as burping. When i unplug the iacv idle does drop to 2000rpm. brake booster vacuum is hooked up as well as fpr and pcv, all others are blocked off. Im assuming this to be a wiring issue but i honestly dont see what, the thermostat fan switch is not hooked up as im to the understanding that thats all it does, turn on the fan. Idle screw is all the way in, i have let this get to operating temp with no thermostat and no matter what the ect's are their is no change, any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

have codes 7tps, 20eld, 21vtec, 41o2 sensor.. im not sure if eld will cause this or have a affect, i have my virgin p28 in it as of now will write a new map on my chipped p28 with disabled eld, and o2.. i also just found that a bolt is broke off holding the map sensor on, it seems firmly attached howevery when i hold my hand over the throttle body it will run, barely, i spray brake clean around the map and it dies, so im going to get this fixed and hopefully this is the issue
