CNCWerx CSS Block Cut In Half!!!!
Mikey from Profunction recommended me to do business with you jeff. i had texted you but im guessing your phone doesnt accept text messages. can you PM me how much would it cost to do a Cylinder Support System to my d16 block. its actually a ZC but its the same as a d16y7 and another question is ive never sent out a block out before so how does shipping go for and who do i work with to get my block sent out to you. i hope to hear from you soon jeff. thank you.
is it just the top portion of the sleeve thats supported? or is it an insert that goes the whole length of the sleeve?

??? The support ring is only at the top and the ring is the defined square piece at the top of the water passage.

I know TDC Performance has a Dseries customer running over 500 and it been almost a year now. Other than that no real info to report on max numbers.

Have the CSS on a new sc set up we are working on and it's handling right about 300 foot pounds of trq at 3500 rpm all day! This is on a dd with no heat issues what so ever.
