Default CNCWerx CSS Block Cut In Half!!!!

I've had a lot of people ask to see a cross section so I had a block chopped up so people could see just how deep the support ring go's and how well it fits.

Now that is what I've been wanting to see. Looks awesome and so far we have had no cooling issues and no broken sleeves. We will be pushing one next week hopefully into the 700's. Good stuff Jeff keep it up.

Brilliant. The customer can actually see how far down they go. Always nice when a company can show you what your getting and not just tell you everythings okay.

Wish I had the time or money to try one in the D16Z6. But I gotta get this motor together, and Im running out of funds.

Looks sweet. Itd be awesome if it would make the stock sleeves hold over 600whp.

Yosolo has tuned two cars from R&R/Eggy racing NJ. One has been running for over two years (first year at mid 500's low 10's, second year + at mid 600's and high 9's). This motor is now going into a RWD Datsun. Second motor ran all last year in the mid 600's high 9's and just got retuned to 734whp.

GoAutoworks has a 500+hp D16 streetcar which has been running for at least 6month.

And most impressive is the fact that there has been ZERO customer failure to date.

When the process is completed have you found the need to do another hone on the cylinders? Is there any shift, out of round or taper measurable after?
