Default Cable to hydro conversion in crx?

I was wondering how the conversion can be done without using the Hasport or the Innovative conversions. Different pedal setup or fabbing something up, or what ever I'm open for ideas. Because I'm using tilton twin and tilton release bearing so I cant use the trans fork. Thanks Tom

after market pedal set up! tilton sells them and i believe so does wilwood breaks! they have a separate pedal and a resivoir that will be inside the car but has to be fabbed into the car for mounting. hope that helps! good set up i was going to use it it the hasport conversion hadnt worked so well in my a/m crx! good luck!

pedal from an EG/EK or basically any hydro clutch chassis

then intstall like factory would. done ... oh yeah braided line will be needed
(unless you want to go above and beyond and bend some stainless)

simple - maybe - but I was told in this same fashion.

you got the first part right with the hydro pedal / master cyl from an EG. but as for installing like the factory part. UH NO.. its not just a simple bolt in application, i've done it 2 different ways, one with brackets to hold the pedal assembly in place and then a braided line run to the slave cylinder, the other is hole saw a hole in the firewall for the master to go through and a little fab work to get it to be secure. but in no way is it bolted in like the factory would NOT EVEN CLOSE!. please if you don't know anything don't respond with untrue statments.

an easier way would be to use Innovatives new hydro conversion kit. it actually uses a master cylinder and the hydro slave to operate. link is below.

who's trying to sell anything??? he wanted a way to run hydro so i provided a link that might help for a new product. i didnt say "here i have one for sale" or anything like that. expletive idiots like you who think because you read it on honda-tech its easy. and if you call ripping out the dash and all the other **** behind it and then figuring out how the hell to mount a pedal assembly thats not even close to bolting up to anything under there easy then i'd love to see you try it.

I already bought the Innovative conversion with the master cylinder and I am having a problem with it . I installed my clutch and trans, bled the clutch, went to set the pedal stop and found my pedal was very stiff. Pulled out the trans to make sure everything was installed correctly, reinstalled and the same thing, pulled the trans out again, and sent the whole clutch setup and hydro release bearing back to tilton to be checked. Tilton told me everything was perfect with the clutch and the bearing and he also made sure all of the lines were clear. So the only thing left is the conversion. So I've been looking into a CNC reverse swing pedal setup.
