Default better engine to boost for drag racing?

My friend and I had an intresting conversation earlier about which motor stock is best to boost and drag race with. he says the b16a2 but I say its the gsr b18c1. what do you think

i would have to say that both are equal ONLY because i have seen high hp SIRs and GSRs on stock motors. But IN THEORY, the GSR SHOULD be a stronger motor. Another argument is that whats a GSR crank girdle going to do when ringlands give out. ringlands are equal strength HONDA on both SIR and GSR.

Both motors are equal as far as the average joe is concerned, but when you have an unlimited budget the extra 12% of displacement the 1.8 has over the 1.6 should give u an advantage.
