2 rotors are capable of around 1100hp. or 550 per rotor so I would say around 1650 is possible with a 3 rotor.

The guy who own's Craig P.'s old pro stock truck chassis has a sick sreet car Mazda rx-3 with a 20b three rotor in the low 9's

looks like reaction time... Although most low 7 sec cars run 1.0~1.1 sixty foots.

3 rotors sound wickid!! very easy to get 1200whp with one also.
some guys are getting 600hp per rotor. their are lots of 2 rotors running just as fast as that truck.

theirs alot left in the truck! deff going 6s maybe mids

i love the sounds off the 3Rotor, one off my guys have one 3rotor 3turbos and we put 1158whp @29 psi on my dyno jet hoppefully we star testing once the track opens they make good power... now lets see what happen at the track
