here is a vid of the 11.3 run http://youtu.be/M4dxCNs6O2c
that was towards the end of last year

i have a new set-up getting ready for this year

g23 based motor
13.5cr
xcessive im
80mil tb
idc1100cc injectors
bosch o44pump
e85
aem ems
dual stage nitrous totalling 200shot
hopeing for 460ish whp or more...
hopeing for 10's atleast too

here is the motor

getting ready too plum the nitrous soon and just waiting on rods for the motor

Nice manifold..i was thinking about getting a Magnus to see if it makes more power without adding N2o..the good thing i could use it for my gt4094r build next year

what pistons are you running? max dome or pct's?

stock b16 on 150shot is cake but 12:1 is some serious dome, i'd be skeptical off the reliability on pump. if you're running pct's you can run a thicker HG and go for it

just start out on a 100 shot and work your way up better safe then sorry

I wouldn't spray 150 on pump with that compression. Put some good gas in it, the motor will thank you.

Hey im no noob to tuning for turbo power but i am a total noob to nitrous. Im doing a stock sleev GSR 10:1 pistons eagle rods. 1000cc injectors, walbro 400, and trying to control two stages of nitrous through hondata. my question is what size dry shot, requires i use a direct port setup? i was going to run the two nitrous lines for the two stages into a single fogger near the throttle body (jet normally used for fuel and nitrous, but in this case it would just be the two dry stages since fuel will be taken care of by the hondata nitrous compensation maps) ... so for first and second gear only the one solenoid would be open to the fogger and for third and fourth the second solenoid would open to the fogger. my concern is uneven consumption across the intake manifold. is this a concern with a dry shot? would #4 require a per cylinder compensation in hondata compared to #1 because of the single point of nitrous entry? I dont mind making some minor cylinder compensations but since i cannot have those compensations only active during the nitrous engagement it will start to shitty up my power while on motor only. There are a lot of setups listed in this thread but not many say whether they are single foggers or direct port for the 175-200 shot range. how big can i go with a single point of entry? any help would be great... be gentle, this is my first time delving into the nitrous world lol. thanks guys

I'd say 150-175 for a single fogger.

It's pretty cheap to do a dry direct port, so if I were you that's what I would do.

yeah that seems to be the common response lol, after talking to a few people it looks like ill just be doing a direct port dry setup instead. might as well do it right since the cost is really not bad at all.

now the question of durability... i am treating this way of making power just like making power with a turbo car. So just a different means of simply providing more oxygen so that i can mix more fuel and make more power. Are the cylinder pressures or temperatures any different from making equivalent power with a forced induction setup? i ask because it is very easy to make 450-500 hp with a turbo'd stock sleeve motor and have it last multiple seasons as long as you stay on top of everything. is there any reason why a 400hp nitrous stock sleeve motor cannot survive the same, given the same attention? 300hp on a completely stock gsr motor with head studs can be beat on all damn year given an adequate fuel system and tune... how about the same power with nitrous?

400hp stock sleeve car will last. You just have to tune it right. Read the plugs and make sure you don't run it too rich. Contrary to popular belief rich is not safe. Remember that timing is the killer. So start conservative on the timing and work your way up.

300hp on a stock motor is easy with nitrous.

K, tuning as usual then. Sounds good I'll post videos of how the setup goes this season

Good looking pass, great job. I like that it's getting it with eBay parts what kind of power did it make on the 80 shot?

It did 220whp with 2.5inch header and shitty exhaust
than made 296whp with a lot of timing removed and a/fs were not even reading it was so rich. The owner of the car told me he had a 125 shot in it, but it was actually 80shot after I checked it. Then we couldn't continue so the next day went to the track, unbolted the header and ran 7.3 first pass, second pass broke second gear. A lot more in this setup.
