I bet if you got CF hood, trunk. no spoiler. and tossed all your back interior and trunk interior out. you could possibly hit that 10 second pass. and get rid of that heavy *** cross member and get a traction bar BTW, congrats and love your ride. you're a inspiration.

Why is everyone saying to gut the car?!?! I just don't get it...
A little more practice could do more than stripping the car......
Keep it Prelude and Keep it WHOLE!!!

thats very nice. anything special done to the suspension besides springs and shocks? really makes you think twice about the prelude chassis. how much boost were you pushing on that run?

I noticed that too......You would have made one pass at my track and been red flagged by tech. They hate Fast Imports.....Especially if youre making the local V8 crowd look slow.

lets just say the track I race at isn't that strict but I am planning on getting a cage soon and thats one of the reasons I haven't been back yet.

I want it even if the the track isn't going to enforce the rules for my own benefit.

Air filter? That killed your power by 50%

Nice build, anyways.

I have an H22 that I about to get built. How much did you spend on the engine build? Who did the work? I was thinking of going to Endyne, they rock, but are expensive.

Man thats a sweet looking 'lude. Who makes that air filter? Seems nice and small.

Once more question: Whats with the cover on the exhaust side of the turbo? Is it to reduce engine bay heat?

don't remember how much the build was since it was so long ago, the air filter is a k&n, and the cover on the exhaust side is a boost logic turbo blanket to keep the underhood temps down

I must get one of those blankets. I have a turbo H22 in a civic and man is it hot under there. I should probably get a vented hood also.
