alot of people had alot of problems with the original cdi box. I know that the newer AEM Twinfire box is alot better. You should be able to talk to AEM and see if they'll fix the cdi or maybe upgrade you to the twinfire. The msd boxes are horrible, and everyone knows they burn out quickly. If all else fails you could check with tony1, I know he sells the M&W boxes

You might want to talk to AEM then, I know a few poeple that have that box and it runs flawless.

Most of the cars I've dealt with or seen are running individual coils, either CBR's or MSD SS. We also run the AEM EMS box and no distributors...so I'm not too fimiliar with anything else. I would definatly give AEM a call again, or try to find someone in the area that has used the box, and see if they can help trouble shoot it.

Just talk to tony1, get the cam trigger kit of his, its easy to install, and just follow the how to on either his webpage or on aem's page. Should help out bigtime But you'll end up having to either use the dizzy to distribute spark or run individual coils.
