adding weight to the front ??

Default adding weight to the front ??

hey i see alot of cars with weight bars ....lead in there traction bars...does this help much with 60fts? and if so how much weight is the norm?...like to try new things to lower my 60fts...any input?

i just bought myselfa nrg tech traction bar and will be putting roughly 100lbs up front.. its best to have weight as low to the ground infront of the tires for traction purposes, it will yield better 60 fts for sure but you have to dial the car in according

Wouldn't the added weight help traction, but actually slow it down on the big end because of the added weight?

in street all motor class as well as most classes theres a minimum weight requirement

the maximum ballast weight is a minimum of 2 bars which can weigh in at 100lb a piece. keep that in mind.

were not in a class or have class rules here..its just all out usually....so the weight is just for traction purposes.....just wanted to see if it would really make a diff on a 600-700 whp car....with the 60-330fts

ive seen an all motor car pick up 2 tenths adding 200 lbs. and GAINED mph.

im in the same boat, the weight requirement isnt anything up here, but I wanna put some weight up front to go from a 1.7-1.8 to a 1.6-1.7 60ft
