My friend's Civic hatch w/ turbo B18C1 runs 11's on only 14psi, I don't know if it would even take 7psi to get into the 13's, but I'm not sure.
well a C1 motor responds much better to boost the B1 with its greater flowing head, but i figure if i get a larger TB and Skunk2 IM and i already have a 2.5" exhaust and hi flow so i shouldnt have to crank the hell out of the boost to get some respectable power out of it, i will be leaving the head pretty much stock tho since headwork is real expensive and im not looking for monster power.....yet

If, you boosted 7 psi from a t3, you you could get much faster than 13.99 for bout 1/2 the cost of N/A. Roughly 230 whp would yield a 13.3 or so
good luck

you can get a 13.99 or better if you throw some crower 404s, cam gears,
intake, intake manifold, TB, header, exhaust, straight pipe, pullies,
nice porting and polishing; and of course... tuning.
weird how that didnt show up on your thread
but anyway, you forgot to add to that list ti valve springs and retainers and all the other parts like seals and such...and with a setup like that say goodbye to any low end power
im pretty close to a straight pipe setup with a yet to made downpipe and a high flow cat that you can see straight thru and a 2.5" cat back, depending on my wallet i may go with a TB and IM but thats not on the top of my list
if i can even have the potential for a 13.5 1/4 and be safe and reliable with my build up and tuning id be happy, after all there really arent too many if any real 13 sec honda's in my area, atleast none that i know of
and probably none with 4 doors and 225K mi

so 7lbs out of a T3 should be sufficient
all you need is a DRAG3 kit and a set of drag radials/slicks and a good clutch.
On my 4 door GSR with the Drag kit at 7.5 PSI, I hit a 13.9, but that was at 5800 ft elevation. Only mods are Drag kit and Thermal exhaust. My dyno run was 256 whp (corrected for elevation).

i dont wanna tell ya ur business but somethings wrong with either the car or driver if 256whp is only hitting 13.9 but that sounds like a good hp figure for a GSR
im gonna be getting the endyn rollerwave pistons and eagle h beam rods so running 9lbs wont be stressing me too much, when i do decide to run at the track after everything is well broken in i would get a set of cheap wheels and throw some drag rad's on it or maybe just get some slicks but dont slicks actually put more stress on your drivetrain than drag rad's? ill have the clutch done while the engine and tranny are apart so i can save labor costs

It makes a bigger difference than that. Typically what I've heard is that it takes away about 3% HP per 1000 ft. That would mean at 5800 ft, I should have around 211 HP. Using the NHRA correction factor puts my sea level ET around 12.89 seconds.
We have a 2000 Civic Si with GSR motor and a all off the shelf Honda parts that is running 12.8@106 on slicks and 13.8 @103 on street tires ALL MOTOR.This is my wifes car and she drives it EVERYDAY. I would say it probably has around 200 whp.
I was in New Hampshire a last week. Do you know a place there called ****'s Autosports?
