Re: 2013/ EK Drag Build
Well haven't updated for a little bit but I was at the track last week and got a couple more passes in. Still running low boost, just trying to dail it in a little more and than I will turn up the boost and actually turn on traction control as well.
Also just pulled and sold my SI rear trailing arms and purchased the Kaizenspeed rear trailing arm conversion and CNC staging brake.

Re: 2013/ EK Drag Build
Well I just finished the Kaizenspeed Rear Trailing Arm conversion a couple weeks ago and I have now working on replacing the entire EK Power Steering Sub Frame, Rack and Pinion, FLCA, Compliance Bushings etc.
In order to make this work you have to buy the EG non power steering subframe, rack and pinion, entire FLCA's, compliance bushings, and Integra rear mounting bracket and U joint for the steering.
So I began yesterday..
Pulled the steering U Joint, pulled the bitch pin for my T1 shift linkage, removed the mount bolt and dropped the exhaust. Once done pulled all the LCA, Compliance Bushings than pulled the bolts for the subframe to drop out.
I bought the entire sub frame and parts from Chris in a deal we had for a shell we bought off an AZHT'er. Of course the seller of the shell said the rack and pinion was perfect and almost new. BS I had to replace the entire thing.
The Sub Fram had about 10 pounds of grease I had to scrape and remove, once done I cleaned it, sanded it and sprayed the subframe the same color as my car and then cleared it. I also just bought brand new out tie rods, not in this picture.
New Spherical Bearing LCA's
Still waiting on the King Pin Compliance bushing set.
So far the Sub Fram , Rack is back in and then got the new Integra Rear Bracket in and bolted up.
So as soon as I get the Compliance bushing I will wrap things up.

Re: 2013/ EK Drag Build
The EK Power Steering Sub Frame is way more bulky with tons of extra material over EG non power steering one.
So just in weight saving alone for the front and back I am about 100 pounds lighter now.

Re: 2013/ EK Drag Build
Well I am waiting on the compliance bushings but I am finishing up on a couple other small things. I am running the T1 GForce Shifter and even though I am running full solid mounts I was told to add this beauty.
It is a MAK Performance TQ Brace, it is basically a brace that connects to your subframe and than another brace with a heim that connects to that and your trans and t bracket to make it absolutely hard for the T1 shifter to flex or pop out of gear.
Also modified my down pipe..
