how to: put new adhesive on an emblem
I got this honda s600 replica emblem, and the adhesive backing that came on it wasn't very good. I was looking at the 3M molding tape and thinking I could maybe cut it with a razor to fit on the back of the emblem. But the emblem is fairly complex so it might be hard to cut around all the letters, any suggestions?
not mine, but same thing

well i ended up getting the 3m molding tape and cut it into thin strips that fit the lettering, looks like it should work. now i just have to clean the area with alcohol and see if it sticks!

Yep I was going to suggest that. I did the same thing with a Honda H emblem back in the day, just cut individual thin strips and applied them in different spots around the emblem.
