♣Help needed from detailing PROS♣
Long story short my 94 Si was resprayed about a little over a month ago, lately it has been raining on and off so i have not had a chance to keep her clean. Today i went ahead and rinsed her off even though the forecast calls for more rain this coming week, upon finishing her rinse off i noticed spots on my hood. My question is, does this look like hard water stains or tree sap stains? Is there any suggestions to get these stains/spots off?

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance!

It looks like acid rain spots to me. Did you put any wax or polish on the car after you had it painted? From the way the marks look in the second picture you may not be able to get that stain out because it looks like it recessed into the paint/clearcoat. Get some Stoner Invisible Glass and spray it on the spots one at a time and let it sit for like 1 minute then rub and buff the spot real hard and hopefully the spots will disappear. It will remove any wax or polish you have on the car so you will need to reapply some. Now I am basing all of this on a couple of pictures. If the spots have recessed into the paint only wet sanding will remove them.
im not gonna lie, that almost looks like bird poo. It could be tree sap though. Like they said, most likely itll need an agressive compound with a wool pad. if that fails, try the wet sanding method.
Regardless of what procedure you end up using remember, you are *supposed* to allow your paint to out-gas and cure for up to 90 days before sealing with any type of wax or sealant.
In my experience 45-60 days is usually sufficient for complete cure depending on the relative humidity where you live.
In my opinion it looks like hard water spots, or possibly bird crap that sat for a little while. If it was me I would wait for the paint to cure, then clay the hell out of it.
Another thing it could be is shotty finish work by whoever did your paint. i.e. not sanding properly or improper/incomplete polishing/compounding.
