Fully Built D16Y8 Block & D16Z6 Head & Turbo Kit
For sale: Looking to see if there is any interest in my fully built and boosted swap with 13,000 KM's on it that includes:
-D16Y8 bottom end: Freshly bored to 75.5mm, powder coated purple oil pan, OEM Honda oil pump, Mishimoto thermostat, micropolished crankshaft, new crankshaft bearings, forged Eagle H-Beam connecting rods, new connecting rod bearings, low compression 9.0:1 forged Wiseco pistons, OEM Honda head gasket, ARP head studs, and powder coated purple Yonaka engine mounts.
-D16Z6 head: Fresh 5-angle valve job done with a Supertech valve train (valves, valve springs, valve retainers, valve guides), powder coated purple valve cover with two AN fittings welded on for catch can, new distributor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, 59300 Comp Cam, fully adjustable AEM cam gear, Gates racing timing belt, tensioner, and water pump kit, stock intake manifold, can include 68mm throttle body, Racetronix 4 bar MAP sensor, AEM high flow fuel rail, and 520cc fuel injectors.
-Stock D-series transmission with machined flywheel, shifter linkage with short shifter, Stage 3 Yonaka clutch kit, and brand new axles.
-Turbo kit: Fallaise Design & Fabrication (@fdf_fab on Instagram) mini ramhorn turbo manifold, generic T3-T4 turbo, 3" down pipe with two O2 sensor bungs, 2.5" intercooler piping, front mount intercooler, Greddy Type S or HKS SSQV IV blow off valve, and a 38mm Turbosmart wastegate with dump tube.
I will separate only if everything is spoken for and the offers are right.
This set-up was tuned reliably at Dynamotorsports Tuning (DMT) in Ontario, Canada and made 285WHP and 235WTQ on 16lbs of boost.
I currently do not know what parts, labour, or machine work pricing is like for you fellow Americans, so please let me know if my price is coming in too high. I am willing to work out a deal.
I have everything complete listed in Canada for $4,500 or best offer CDN, that is about $3,600 AMERICAN - depending on the day of course.

Bump! Can throw in Hondata S300 V1 installed in an OBD1 PR4 ECU with an OBD2B-OBD1 conversion harness and tune already done, AEM air/fuel wideband gauge and sensor, Autometer digital boost gauge and sensor, Equus oil pressure gauge and sensor, etc. to make this a complete drop-in and go swap. Depending on the price of course!
