Well I stared a Paypal claim for a tial 38mm blue wastegate and Mr. EG claims item was sent on 2/16/13 and even provided a tracking number... For some package shipped to NY through usps when I am down in Louisiana and the fact I have a email on 3/11/13 stating he had sent it twice through ups and it was returned both times and he would try again.
