Default write up of De-vac

Could I get a write up of how to do that De-vac thing? I saw that HBK:CRX did it with his civic and his is the exact same as mine. I just need to know first, I live in PA so will it affect emissions or anything to do with inspection? If it wont, then I just need to know what to take off and plug and what not to plug. just so you know I have a 1987 civic si 1.5 pgm-fi. Thanks.

Obviously since you car is older than any OBD testing, they will have to put the tester up the tail pipe to check the emmisions output. So as long as de-vacing the car doesn't affect emmisions (I don't know if it will or not, but probably not), you should be fine.

well when it comes to a carbed crx ,when devacing ,it makes it so the secondary will open sooner ,well pretty much as soon as you give it throttle ,and makes your car run off only like 3 vacume lines the millon it had before lol while looseing the black box on the fire wall

as for the fi version,im pretty sure you remove something from the black box on the drivers side and loose the black box on the firewall

you'll have to look because im not sure if it will effect the emissons test ,i'm pretty sure it does though ,since your car will run a bit richer
