I am about to buy an 1987 Civic 2dr Hatch. It is in pretty good shape. The main reason I buy it is for fuel economy, it has a 1.3 carburated engine. I have some questions:

1. What is the fuel economy of that model?

2. How feasable is a D16Y8 swap in the future using the tranny from a 91 CRX Si and a P28 ECU.

3. Any known problems I should with that particular model that I should be concerned about?
